I was drawn in to this book by the beautiful cover and the premise. It's summer here so I imagined what must've happened to this character over the past year and knew I had to buy it! I wasn't disappointed, the characters were well fleshed out, and fun, and I found myself racing to the end to find out what would happen. I hope there is more to come from this author. A perfect summer read!

Absolutely loved this story. It was a fantastic storyline that flowed seamlessly. Some angst and a lot of romance and hotness!
About Last Summer is a sweet romance which involves you in the lives of Natalie and Chase so that you desperately want to see the two of them get together. Sandra Panting creates palpable chemistry between the characters and heartrending conflict. A lovely novel which would make a great weekend or holiday read. -)
I really wanted to like this book but I just couldn't. I am really glad I didn't purchase it though, luckily I was able to borrow it from my library. Anyway, the storyline had potential but the execution was horrible. The author was wayyyyy to much into the characters thought details and not enought into their dialogue and interaction. Also, most of the story you don't know what is going on with the hero (I'm now at 81% and still don't know his background). I understand wanting to not tell everything on the first five pages but really?!? Also, I think the author rushed this book. The details were too much, dialogue not enough, and not enough background on all the characters. I would not recommend to buy this book.
If you have a few hours to yourself this book is a luxurious indulgence you will relish! Do something for yourself and get caught up in this romance! Chase and Natalie will entertain your witty and romantic emotions. Looking forward to a new romance from Sandra Panting.
There just wasn't much to it! I didn't care for the ending! I think a better ending would've been telling the parents! After hearing about the wedding it should have been something about it!
